Internal Testing Appointment Letter

In accordance with the HAF/A1 memorandum, Administering Unit Fitness Assessments, (9 August 2018), the 349th Aeromedical Staging Squadron is electing to conduct internal fitness Assessments, I understand that I am taking full responsibility for the execution and enforcement of my unit’s Fitness Program, and that I will administer administrative actions in cases of non-compliance.
